Let's talk

Candidates on WhatsApp, without chasing them

Call, no answer, send an email, unread, call again. An agent contacts every candidate on WhatsApp, answers their questions about the job and books the interview. Your team steps in when a person is needed.

Hi Marta, I'm Lucía. The training in the first two weeks is on site; after that we can look at your situation, no problem. Shall we talk about it at the interview?

Perfect, thanks

The problem

For frontline roles, candidates don't check email and don't pick up calls from numbers they don't know. They reply on WhatsApp, often outside office hours.

So a good part of a recruiter's day goes on chasing replies, and every day of waiting is a candidate who joins another company.

What's left running

  • A first WhatsApp message to every candidate who fits, using templates approved by WhatsApp.
  • Answers to questions about the job (hours, pay, location), based on what your team has written.
  • Screening questions by chat: availability, driving licence, languages.
  • The interview booked into your team's free slots, with a reminder.
  • Handover to a person when a candidate asks something the agent shouldn't answer.

What it moves

Response time to candidates, interviews nobody turns up to and your team's hours on the phone. We set the number that matters with you, in writing, before we start.

Tell us how you do it today. Before we start you have in writing what we'd do, which number it will move and what it costs.

Frequently asked questions

Can you message a candidate on WhatsApp?

Yes, if they gave their number for the hiring process. Messages the company starts use templates that WhatsApp approves in advance, and the candidate can stop receiving them at any time.

Does the candidate know they're talking to an agent?

Yes, always. They're told in the first message, and they can ask to speak to a person.

What if they ask something sensitive?

The agent only answers with what your team has written. Everything else, such as individual terms or a complaint, goes to a person.
